Important Notice Re: Galderma Packaging Changes

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to the Azzalure (botulinum toxin type

A), packaging designed to bring added value to your practice.  In selected EU markets,

Azzalure will now include three additional labels in our packaging to assist you in keeping

patient records and chart notes for treatments.  As a result of your valuable input, we’ve

created three labels per package.

We are pleased to provide you with these additional labels which will be available from

November 2017. Please be assured that Azzalure remains the same high quality product

manufactured in the U.K., and no changes have been made to the actual product.  The new

labels will be included in packs manufactured from October.

Quality and safety of our products continue to be of utmost importance to Galderma. If you

have any quality concerns or safety issues with any of our products, please do not hesitate to
